Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products from The Designed Table. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, once the product has not been used and is in a resalable condition, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within fourteen calendar days of receiving your purchase. Please unpack your item carefully and please return to us in the same condition you received it via your own mail provider with the packaging you received the product in. Please note we do not process refunds for stains that occur on your tablelinen in your own home.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to unpack the product in the first few days after they receive their purchase to ensure it fits your needs and table. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
To return your goods, please return them at your own expense, via An Post to The Designed Table, Cupidstown Hill, Kilteel, W91 DAE1, Kildare, Ireland. Please track the item to confirm it has been delivered back to us. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns from Ireland at this time.
